INVENTORY
We stock our carpets at our North Carolina headquarters and ship daily via UPS. We work to maintain strong inventory across our full production line; however, occasional shortages may occur. If a rug is unavailable when you place your order, we will either place it on backorder for our next sea shipment or offer the option to air ship the rug for faster delivery.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We offer custom sizing on all collections. After receiving your order, we will provide a CAD for design approval along with an estimated production timeline. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via UPS, fully insured.
